The second construction phase comprises 5 double office buildings in L-shape with an inner atrium with a gross floor area of ​​around 84,100 m². The total of ten houses that will be built in this construction phase complete the area in the north, on which four houses from the first construction phase are already standing. New jobs will be created, a restaurant, a canteen, a conference center, a sports and medical offices area, archives, training rooms and a prevention center will be built.
