New construction of a student dormitory in 71229 Leonberg. A student dormitory with 384 bed spaces, a conference area and a cafeteria will be built here. The new building is being constructed in cast-in-place concrete with filigree ceilings. The walls, columns and beams will be made of in-situ concrete. On the upper floors, the walls will be made of KS brickwork.
