Structural work for the new construction of an office and commercial building on Sonnenstraße, Munich. The new building is planned with two basement levels (cellar, waste and technical rooms as well as a basement), ground floor (retail, gastronomy) and 6 upper floors (office use) and connects to existing buildings in the south and north.
