Structural work on a new quarter in Stuttgart: the new building consists of two blocks, shared underground car park (approx. 220 parking spaces) and offers space for flats, offices, a hotel, gastronomy and commerce. The two buildings will have a total gross floor area of 26,510 m² and will be connected to each other.
