A 24-storey skyscraper of about 60 m (3 floors in the basement and 20 floors above ground) was built in the Europaviertel, near Stuttgart Main Station. The building with a fiberglass-reinforced concrete front and a roof terrace will offer 169 apartments and 260 hotel rooms, with an integrated catering, retail, wellness and spa area.
