In Backnang, we are contributing to the development of a new, modern urban district by carrying out the structural works for the second construction phase, called MurrTerrassen.

This phase includes six residential buildings with a total of 102 apartments, as well as an office and service building. The seven multi-storey buildings, featuring green roofs, are interconnected by a shared underground parking level with 138 spaces.
