A state-of-the-art semiconductor factory is being built for the European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC).

It is considered the second-largest investment project in the semiconductor sector in Europe, with a total estimated investment of around 10 billion euros.

In addition to high-tech production areas, the project includes technical infrastructure facilities, offices, and administrative spaces.
