For the Stadtquartier Milchhof NeumarktIBB project, IBB is the general contractor (GU) for the rough construction phase (Rohbauarbeiten). The following components will be built: five residential blocks and an office building.

The construction site organization concept is developed by the IBB team and includes: crane sizing and placement, container colony for the construction site, special access areas, delivery and unloading zones for materials, on-site security systems, facade scaffolding, and construction machinery and equipment.

The construction incorporates several modern technical solutions, namely: monolithic concrete elements (foundations, ramps, walls, attics), semi-precast concrete elements (semi-precast concrete slabs for floors), precast concrete elements (balconies, stairs, light shafts), and masonry walls using the Unika-Kalksandstein system.
