The project is part of the “”Kirchheim 2030″” local development concept, which will link the two districts of Kirchheim and Heimstetten in the future. Building site WR 14 is located at the northern edge of the development area. Within the framework of Kirchheim 2030, DIBAG is developing construction site WR 14.
It is planned to build 167 residential units, including 138 apartments in multi-family houses with communal uses on the ground floor, as well as 29 terraced houses.
